①The sprayer parts must be installed correctly. Check whether each connection part is leaking. When using, install clean water and test the spray before loading the agent.
②In formal use, the medicine should be added first and then the water, and the liquid level of the medicine should not exceed the safe water level. Before spraying, move the joystick more than 10 times to increase the air pressure in the barrel to the working pressure. Do not use excessive force when turning the joystick to prevent the air chamber from exploding.
③When the chemical liquid is first filled since the air chamber and the spray bar contain clear water, the concentration of the chemical liquid sprayed in the first 2 to 3 minutes of spraying is low, so pay attention to the supplementary spray to avoid affecting the control effect of pests and diseases.
④Pour out the remaining liquid medicine in the bucket in time after the work is completed, and rinse it with clean water and pour it dry. At the same time, check whether there is water in the air chamber. If there is water, remove the water connector to release the water.
⑤ If the sprayer is not to be used in a short period of time, the main parts should be cleaned, wiped dry and installed, and stored in a cool and dry place. If it is not used for a long time, grease all metal parts to prevent rust.
2. Battery Operated Agricultural Sprayer
①Before machine work, check the oil system and circuit system according to the relevant operating methods of the gasoline engine and then start it to ensure that the gasoline engine is working properly.
② Test sprays with clean water before adding the liquid and check for leaks everywhere. Do not overfill the liquid, and the liquid must be clean.
③The whole machine should be in a powder-spraying state during the powder-spraying operation. Add powder after closing the powder door. The powder should be dry and free of debris.
④Does do not use it for too long. 3 to 4 people should work in turn. Masks must be worn to avoid working against the wind. The nozzle is forbidden to spray in a figure-8 swing in front of the operator.
